Cancellations and refunds

1. Cancellation and renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel from the Stripe Customer Portal or by email to hola@raftyx.app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid. We will send you an email reminder before each annual renewal. [LAWYER TO REVIEW: confirm whether the reminder is mandatory]
2. Consumers (owners): right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of purchase, without giving a reason. To exercise it, write to hola@raftyx.app (you may use the model form in section 6). When purchasing you ask us to start the service immediately; therefore, if you withdraw within 14 days, you must pay the proportional part of the service already provided until you notify us of your withdrawal. We will refund the rest within 14 days at most, by the same means of payment. [LAWYER TO REVIEW: method to calculate the proportional part]
3. After the withdrawal period
The period already paid is not refunded. You may cancel the renewal at any time.
4. Businesses and professionals
No right of withdrawal and no refunds for partial periods. Cancellation applies at the end of the billing period. Annual and "lifetime" sponsorships are non-refundable unless agreed in writing. "Lifetime" means the operational life of the Raftyx service, not of the person, and is not transferable without written consent.
5. Exceptions and other cases
- Duplicate or erroneous charges are refunded.
- Other refunds are at the company's sole discretion.
- Price changes: 30 days' prior notice with the right to cancel.
- Non-payment: suspension of the service. In case of a chargeback, we may suspend the account while it is resolved and provide Stripe with evidence of acceptance.
6. Model withdrawal form
